PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY: The Region IV Invitational is an
invitation-only NCFCA National Qualifying Tournament. Each family is
responsible for reviewing the NCFCA rules to verify participant eligibility.
A
complete list of students and their invited events is listed at www.larimerfamily.com. Please check
for your tournament invitation for all events before you complete the
registration form. Please do not register for events in which you are not
invited at this tournament.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: An on time registration will be
postmarked by April 25th. Registrations postmarked after April 25th
must include a $15 late fee and will be accepted on an as available basis.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: A complete registration will include an e-mail to RegionTournament@NCFCA.org with
the completed registration form, plus the completed registration form signed
and mailed by the deadline to NCFCA (P. O. Box 212, Mountlake Terrace, WA
98043-0212), plus a check for all fees made out to NCFCA.
DRESS CODE: The spirit of the dress code is modesty and professionalism with the intent to glorify Christ. The goal is to minimize the focus on the body or outward appearance and maximize the focus on the development of ideas and communication skills. Competitors must be professional, clean and well-groomed. Gentlemen shall wear suits or sport coats and ties. Ladies shall wear either dresses, skirts, or suits. Hemlines shall fall to at least the bottom of the knee.
CHAPERONES: All competitors under age 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a
parent, legal guardian, or adult chaperone who accepts full responsibility in
the parent’s absence and is in possession of a signed medical release.
FOOD REGISTRATION: The food registration form should be included with the participant registration form.
TIMERS: Each debate team is requested to provide a time piece. Responsible younger students (especially siblings) and adults not participating in the tournament are encouraged to participate in the tournament by serving as timekeepers.

The Tournament Banquet will be a catered Mexican meal on Friday night at the tournament facility. The cost is $12/adult (13 and up), $6/child (12 and under). Please plan on attending this time of fellowship and fun!
Saturday Box Lunch
Orders for the Saturday Box Lunch will be taken immediately after the Friday Night Banquet.
